The gentleman at the front desk greeted us upon our arrival and was very welcoming. He provided exceptional service and catered to our needs. The location was central, everything in walking distance. The AC was nice and cold. They had an elevator which was easy for us to bring our luggage to the room. Breakfast was delicious and had lots of variety.

The location of the accommodation was excellent - within walking distance of many attractions and central for restaurants. The room was of a high standard and cleaning was done daily to a high standard. Staff were friendly and very helpful - allowed us to leave our luggage on the final day (free of charge), so we could go sightseeing.

Great location, modern and clean with underfloor heating it bathroom. Staff were friendly too, and the suite was good size. Shutters blocked out the light well, and the towels/bedding were nice.

The location is really really good, it’s right on the Piazza Navona in a quiet street. The rooms are big and nice, the bathroom is clean and very beautiful. I enjoyed my stay there very much and in terms of value for money it’s really really good. Mizan and all of the staff were perfect, thank you.

Our host, Jack, was fabulous. Spoke very good English and was very accommodating. We arrived early and our room was not quite ready yet, but he took care of all of our luggage and put it directly in our room while we were out sightseeing. He gave us breakfast the 1st morning and made excellent cappuccino! Would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Best location in the heart of Rome. Surrounded by lots of cafes and restaurants. Walking distance to main attractions. Large specious room, very clean and cosy. The bed and the pillows were very comfortable. Very nice helpful staff, option for breakfast, but we didn't use it. Check out at 11:00 and if you have a late flight, you can leave the luggage for storage. The staff is in the building only till afternoon, so if you intend to arrive later, let them know in advance. Just book the suit and enjoy!

Breakfast was excellent. Caterina, who served us, was always cheerful and very helpful. Room clean and fresh towels each day. Jacuzzi in the room was a novelty.

Fabulous stay. Had the mini suite and it was beautiful, original features with a contemporary twist. Staff were lovely and the place was spotless. The location is perfect. I used to live in Rome and the price/location/quality is amazing. Will be my go to place when visiting now, don't think you can find better for the price.

Absolutely perfect location. Right in the heart of everything. New, clean room with comfy bed. Staff were wonderful, and so accommodating to us. They had no problem keeping our luggage after checkout as we had a late flight. Would definitely return.
